Welcome to Front Desk

Front Desk reads the Circus Lab inbox (Blink Acro is coming next), sorts every message for you, and drafts replies you can send with a swipe. Nothing is ever sent automatically — you review and approve everything.

The five tabs

Needs replyMessages a customer is waiting on. Each card shows their message and a suggested reply, ready for you.
Needs actionBills and invoices — things that need doing, not just answering.
FYIRoutine mail to glance at — receipts, confirmations, newsletters. Nothing to do.
IdeasQuestions the assistant couldn’t answer that your team did. Approve one to teach it — future replies use it automatically.
CapturedThings you’ve agreed to — a gig, a meeting, something to grab — captured so nothing slips.

About the replies

The assistant (she signs as Clara, a friendly part-time front-desk helper) writes a warm reply grounded in the real Circus Lab FAQ, website, and confirmed prices. If she can’t answer something confidently, she writes a friendly holding reply (“I’ll check and get right back to you”) so no one is left waiting — the real answer still comes from you.

She never invents a price, date, or detail she isn’t sure of, and she never sends anything on her own.

You’re in control

Auto-archive routine mailIn the FYI tab you’ll see categories (newsletters, receipts, enrollment notices…) with a count and an On/Off toggle. Turn one on and those emails stop cluttering the inbox — they move to Archived automatically. It’s fully reversible: turn it off and they come back. Start with the safe ones (newsletters, system notices) and leave the judgment-call ones (form submissions) off until you trust them.
Rate the draftsOpen Context (swipe down) on any reply and you’ll see what Clara drafted, with a 👍 / 👎. Your feedback is how the drafts get better — tap 👎 on anything that felt off, and it gets tuned.
